This hotel in the vibrant area of Banglamphu offers great value for money. The rooms are comfortable, with the comfiest beds I've experienced in Thailand so far. The attention to detail, from the nice toiletries to the free bottled water, is impressive. Plus, the location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bustling Khao San Road.
Lack of on-site staff presence, but all was okay.

The location was also a plus, as I was close to many nice food places and main attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing me with helpful check-in information beforehand and even assisting me with my luggage for an early morning flight. Additionally, the room was very clean and had a cool design.
Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel was an unexpected treasure on our Christmas trip. We loved the comfy and clean rooms with spacious bathrooms. The key location made it so easy to explore the city - just a short walk from main attractions and transportation. The rooftop terrace had a great view of the bustling city, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing.
The stairway leading up to the hotel was quite steep, making it difficult for my elderly grandma and her wheelchair. Unfortunately, the lack of an elevator or ramp made it challenging for her to enjoy the hotel fully.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a variety of nice food places and main attractions. the room and bathroom were comfortable and well-designed. the personnel was helpful and responsive to requests, and the bedding and pillows were of great quality.
The lack of visible staff presence on the property and delayed responses via online communication channels could be improved.
